Viewing CertifEYE Results

Dashboard

You can view the CertifEYE recordings using the token lookup tool on the dashboard, here. You can lookup recordings using 3 different identifiers; the token, the submitted external_uuid or the submitted session_id.

If a recording exists for this token then the lookup tool will display a play icon that will open the recording viewer.

Note

If a token was marked as fraudulent then a recording will not be available.

Note

Only validated tokens have their recordings saved. You cannot view recordings from users who did not subscribe.
